Terms of Service

Last updated · 12 April 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of WatchMargin. By accessing or using WatchMargin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. What WatchMargin is

WatchMargin is a dealer-focused watch market intelligence platform. It is designed to help users review live listings, sold market signals and related pricing information to support buying and sourcing decisions.

WatchMargin is an informational and decision-support tool only. It is not a marketplace, brokerage, auction house, valuation firm or financial advisory service.

3. No financial, investment or valuation advice

Information provided through WatchMargin is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, brokerage services or a guaranteed valuation.

Any buying, selling, negotiation or pricing decision you make is entirely your responsibility.

4. Data sources and accuracy

WatchMargin may use third-party marketplace data, listing data, sold price data and other external signals. That information may change without notice and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, delays, duplicates or errors originating from third-party sources.

We do not guarantee that any information, pricing signal, search result, estimate or market summary shown on WatchMargin is complete, accurate, current or suitable for your specific use case.

5. Availability of the service

We aim to keep WatchMargin available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous uptime, error-free operation or that the service will always be available in its current form.

We may update, suspend, withdraw or change features at any time, including during testing, maintenance or product improvement.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and must not impersonate another person or organisation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse WatchMargin. This includes, without limitation, attempting to interfere with the platform, gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use automated means to access the platform in a way that is abusive or harmful to its operation.

8. Intellectual property

WatchMargin, including its branding, software, layout, text, design and underlying materials, is owned by or licensed to us, except where third-party rights apply.

These terms do not give you ownership of the platform or any right to copy, reproduce or commercially exploit it beyond normal use of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchMargin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss arising from third-party listings or market movements, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

We are also not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate third-party data, withdrawn listings, changed market conditions, seller behaviour, buyer behaviour or any transaction decision you make using information from WatchMargin.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to WatchMargin if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, if the platform is being misused, or if it is necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised date shown above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms or your use of WatchMargin will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact

If you have questions about these terms or need to contact us for support, billing or legal enquiries, you may contact WatchMargin at:

Email: support@watchmargin.com

14. Payments and refunds

WatchMargin provides access to digital services, subscriptions and premium platform features. Pricing, subscription tiers and billing terms will be clearly presented before any payment is taken.

By purchasing access to WatchMargin services, you acknowledge that the service is a digital product and that access to platform functionality may begin immediately after purchase or activation.

Unless required by applicable law, payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, the service has begun, or the account has been activated.

We may offer refunds, credits or billing adjustments at our discretion in cases such as billing errors, verified technical faults or service failures that prevent reasonable use of the platform.

Subscription billing intervals, renewal terms and cancellation options will be displayed clearly at the time of purchase. You are responsible for cancelling any subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
